Is confidence in management gone forever?

Among the list of primary reasons in the expansion of a down line that produces reliable residual income is regular growth that exceeds the turnover rate. All organisations experience worker, contractors or team turnover. Even volunteer organisations have a problem with turnover. The sensible ones seek to keep it to a minimum for the reason that it is just plain good business.
A recent study showed that just 20% of employees in the surveyed companies were fully engaged. That implies that 80% were looking for other jobs, disinterested in their job and in the extreme hated their job opportunity but came anyhow. Whose ambition is personnel that do not like their job coming through the front door every single morning? That plainly can not be good for moral or efficiency. Seems like some sort of recipe for catastrophe to me.
Like the cost of getting new clients, replacing distributors in a downline is hard. It is much better to keep them content and ensure that they are occupied in search of new customers and distributors instead of a completely new company.
It is not at all always concerning dollars as most people would expect. Respect is a bigger factor in how people feel about their relationship to a network marketing company as well as their own up-line leaders. If a company disrespects their marketers the distributors often pass on the disrespect to the customers. Have you ever wondered why a waitress serving customers is usually on edge when you can listen to the owner/cook in the kitchen yelling at her? Would you really expect it to be different?
Superb products are not enough these days to help a network marketing business realise success. Within the last two decades company head offices have been firing employees, removing lunch rooms, chopping in house magazines, chopping away at the staff picnic and generally trying to be as financially efficient at the expense of staff. So now these employees mistreated by business managers everywhere will be the people you end up signing up directly into your downline and you wonder why they aren’t committed to your downline? To your plan?
Trust is earned. A straightforward truth many forget. You can read more about creating a prosperous Network Marketing Business on our blog where this article on dowline growth and your distributors fully engaged continues. We also have a recent article on network marketing success.
