Industrial Music Meshes with Recovery Help In a Surprising Way

Industrial rock music has nearly always been darker, more negative, however that is evolving. There is this really cool recovery music I stumbled across by Matt Soren the other day that has a unique perspective on industrial music. His CD is a mix of recovery rock and the process of beating addiction.

There are some songs on his website at www.inspiringrock.com. It sounds like the songs are raw versions while finishing final recordings. They sound high quality to me but I am no audiophile. It is cool to see more music like this written particularly for addiction help in a more kickin way from a person that has been there and is making an impact for others in addiction. It’s nice to see this type of synth-rock arising from the industrial genre which is almost always darker in nature. Nice!

Oh yeah, he has free mp3′s you can get from his site and more in his insiders area which is free. I also saw discounts, wallpaper, and other stuff. It will be exciting to see the album once it is finished. That’s my two cents!
